Yes. In Japanese tax system, there are tax benefits by having Medical Care deduction (if you use more than \100,000- in total for Medical cares). Shiatsu therapy is also included in the "Medical Care", you can get the deduction of tax benefits. If you want to apply for the deduction, please ask your Shiatsu clinic to give you a receipt of the treatment fee after each Shiatsu session.
